Jet ski's with reverse are certainly more convenient than those without reverse. The ability to maneuver both forward and reverse is priceless in many situations and just makes riding more fun. And riding jet skis is supposed to be fun... right? Most manufacturers have begun producing pwc's with reverse for those who desire it as a standard feature.

Opinions differ however as to whose reverse gear works the best. The comparsions among Honda, Kawasaki, Polaris, Seadoo, and Yamaha are endless thanks to brand loyal riders. The operation of reverse can also differ greatly among the major manufacturers as well.
